Seal Guardian Compatible with Ice and Fire: The Extreme Environment Coping Technique of Low-Pressure Deformation Fluorosilicone Compounded Rubber

Hits: 861 img

In the core sealing link of industrial equipment, the "durability" of materials directly determines the reliability of the system. Low-pressure deformation fluorosilicone compounded rubber (IOTA-FSR series), with its "combination of rigidity and flexibility" performance, has become a sealing protection expert spanning the extreme temperature difference of -60℃ to 200℃. This uniform mixture based on fluorosilicone elastomer perfectly integrates high and low temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and structural stability, building an invisible defense line for key components in multiple industries.

Performance data witnesses its hardcore strength: the hardness is precisely adjusted in four grades from 40A to 70A (40±5 to 70±5), suitable for different needs from flexible sealing to rigid support; the tensile strength always maintains a high standard of ≥9MPa, and the elongation at break is up to 380%, achieving a golden balance between strength and elasticity. What is more commendable is its anti-aging performance - in the 22-hour compression test at 177℃, the permanent deformation rate is ≤10%; after 72-hour immersion in Fuel C fuel, the volume change rate is ≤20%, and it can still maintain sealing accuracy in long-term harsh environments.

In application scenarios, its "all-round protection" characteristics shine. The fuel pipeline seals in the aviation industry use it to resist high-altitude low temperature and fuel erosion; the oil seals and diaphragms in the automobile engine compartment rely on it to isolate engine oil and high temperature; the pump valve seals in petrochemical industry depend on it to withstand long-term immersion in acid and alkali media; even precision instruments in the medical and health field obtain safety guarantee due to its stable chemical inertness. The flexibility of the vulcanization process adds practical value. Adding 0.6 - 1 part of bis-2,5 vulcanizing agent can complete the processing, suitable for the production needs of components of different sizes.

The non-dangerous goods attribute makes logistics more convenient. The standardized packaging of 20kg/box is suitable for industrial production, and the 12-month shelf life under cool and dry storage reduces inventory pressure. From high-altitude aircraft to ground heavy industry, this fluorosilicone compounded rubber is guarding the safe operation of equipment in various industries with stable performance as a "seal guardian".
