In the field of fire protection materials, an addition-cured silicone rubber specially developed for high-strength fireproof cloth has become the focus of the industry with its comprehensive performance. Its precise formula design and stable performance provide a reliable material solution for fireproof cloth production, promoting the quality improvement of protective products.
Two-Component Design: Balancing Constructability and Stability
The material adopts an A and B two-component structure, and both components present a white appearance, facilitating quality control during production. The viscosity of component A is 100,000 mPa·s, and that of component B is 80,000 mPa·s. After mixing in a 1:1 weight ratio, the viscosity stabilizes at 85,500 mPa·s. The scientific viscosity design enables the material to have both fluidity and moldability, meeting various construction needs such as scraping and dipping.
Excellent thixotropy is its prominent advantage. It is not easy to flow during construction and can be quickly formed, effectively improving production efficiency. At the same time, the material has good adhesion to glass fiber cloth and is not easy to fall off after curing, laying a foundation for the structural stability of the fireproof cloth.
Performance After Curing: Double Guarantee of Strength and Flame Retardancy
After curing and molding, the material maintains a white appearance with a hardness of 50 Shore A, achieving a balance between support and flexibility. The tensile strength of 5.5 MPa and elongation at break of 250% ensure that the material is not easy to be damaged when stressed; the tear strength of 16 KN/m further improves the durability of the product and extends its service life.
As a special adhesive for fireproof cloth, its flame retardant performance meets the protection needs, can play a stable role in high-temperature environments, provides a solid guarantee for fire safety, and is suitable for scenarios with high fire protection level requirements.
Convenient Storage: More Economical to Extend the Service Cycle
The material has loose storage conditions. It can be stored for 12 months in an unopened bucket at a temperature below 23°C, and the outer packaging label clearly marks the best use date. Even if it exceeds the shelf life, it can still be used after passing relevant performance tests to confirm that the indicators are qualified, reducing material waste and lowering production costs.
