The service life and safety performance of protective products largely depend on the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate. A room-temperature vulcanizing silicone material specially developed for high-strength fire-resistant cloth, with its super adhesion and excellent protective performance, has become a new benchmark for creating durable protective products, providing long-term reliable protection for various scenarios.
The "adhesion" of this material to glass fiber cloth is particularly prominent. After coating, it can penetrate deep into fiber gaps, forming an indivisible integral protective layer after curing, like putting an "invisible armor" on the cloth. Even after repeated bending, friction, or high-temperature tests, it does not peel or fall off, fundamentally solving the problem of delamination and failure of traditional materials and ensuring long-term stable protective performance.
The physical properties after curing are equally excellent: a tensile strength of 5.5MPa allows it to withstand high-strength tension, a tear strength of 16KN/m effectively resists external impact, and combined with a 250% elongation rate, it makes protective products less likely to be damaged during daily use. The white protective layer has moderate hardness (Shore A 50), combining flexibility and support to adapt to the needs of different scenarios.
The construction and usage process fully considers production realities. The A/B two-components can be mixed in a 1:1 weight ratio, making operation simple and convenient. It should be noted that the material uses platinum catalytic technology, with the catalyst in Component A. During use, contact with impurities that may affect performance should be avoided; if coloring is required, colorants should be stirred evenly in Component B before mixing with Component A to ensure stable performance.
Storage conditions are lenient: unopened, it can be stored for 12 months at temperatures below 23°C, and the packaging label clearly marks the best use date. In addition to fire-resistant cloth, it is also applicable to scraping and dipping products such as industrial protective layers and thermal insulation materials. With its comprehensive advantages of high adhesion, high strength, and flame retardancy, it provides core support for upgrading the durability of protective products and has become a trusted high-quality material choice in the industry.
