The service life and mildew-proof performance of protective products largely depend on the bonding strength between the coating and the substrate. A new type of mildew-proof special addition-cure silicone material has become the core material for enhancing the durability of protective products, relying on its super strong adhesion and excellent performance, providing long-term and reliable guarantees for protection in various humid scenarios.
The "adhesion" of this material to substrates is particularly prominent. When applied to the substrate surface, it can penetrate into substrate gaps, forming a tightly bonded overall protective layer after curing, like putting an "mildew-proof armor" on the product. Even in long-term humid environments or after repeated cleaning and friction, no delamination or falling off will occur, fundamentally solving the pain point of traditional mildew-proof materials being prone to failure and ensuring long-term and stable protection performance.
The physical performance after curing is also excellent. The hardness can be flexibly adjusted between 30-60 Shore A, meeting the protection needs of both soft substrates and scenarios requiring certain support. An elongation rate of over 200% gives it good flexibility, allowing it to extend with slight deformation of the substrate and avoiding cracking caused by excessive rigidity; a tear strength exceeding 10KN/m can effectively buffer external impact and extend product service life.
The construction process is efficient and convenient. The thixotropy of the material makes it "flexible" during operation—it spreads smoothly during construction and sets quickly after stopping operation, reducing material loss and post work. The 2:100 weight mixing ratio of A/B two components is easy to remember, and the packaging specifications of 2Kg/barrel for Component A and 200Kg/barrel for Component B can flexibly adapt to different production scales, meeting both small-batch trial production and large-scale mass production.
It should be noted that the material adopts platinum catalysis technology, with the catalyst concentrated in Component A. During use, attention should be paid to avoiding contact with impurities that may affect performance. Stored in an environment below 23℃, it can be preserved for 12 months, and the packaging label clearly marks the expiration date for use. Whether for mildew-proof special products or other coating products, this material can enhance product durability with its high adhesion performance, becoming a trusted quality choice in the industry.
