When babies frequently bite pacifiers, the softness, durability, and safety of the material are crucial. A liquid silicone rubber material specially developed for pacifiers, with its targeted performance design, has become the key to improving the quality of infant products, making pacifiers both comfortable and durable, and letting parents worry less.

Softness and comfort are its prominent advantages. The hardness of the product series ranges from 18 to 25 Shore A, like soft rubber, providing a gentle touch in babies' mouths without irritating their gums. This softness is carefully adjusted to allow babies to get satisfaction from teething while maintaining the pacifier's shape stability, preventing collapse that could block the breathing passage, thus balancing comfort and functionality. Its high transparency ensures the finished product is free of impurities and bubbles, allowing parents to clearly see if it is clean and use it with greater peace of mind.

It also performs excellently in terms of durability. With a tensile strength of 6.5-7.5MPa, the pacifier is not easily damaged or cracked even when babies pull or bite hard. The ultra-high elongation rate of 900% makes it as stretch-resistant as a rubber band, so it won't break due to pulling in daily use. The tear strength of 22KN/m ensures that the edges of the pacifier are not prone to cracks, greatly reducing the frequency of replacement and lowering usage costs.

The production process is efficient and stable. The A and B components can be mixed in a 1:1 ratio without complex measuring tools, and ordinary workers can operate after simple training. The mixed material has good fluidity, easily filling the details of the mold to produce exquisitely shaped pacifiers. The curing conditions are mild: it can be formed by heating at 130℃ for 5 minutes, suitable for continuous production and ensuring stable product supply. It is particularly important to note that A and B components of the same batch must be used for mixing, and they must be fully stirred before use to ensure uniform performance.

Stored in an environment below 23℃, it can be preserved for 12 months, and the 200Kg/barrel packaging specification is suitable for large-scale production needs. This material empowers infant products with professional performance, allowing every pacifier to withstand babies' "rigorous tests."
