"Obedient" Food-Grade Silicone! The Secret to Doubling Dough Mat Production Efficiency

To make dough mats safe and user-friendly, the quality of core materials is crucial. A food-grade addition-cure silicone rubber material specially developed for dough mats is becoming a powerful assistant for manufacturers with its "smart" processing characteristics and stable performance, enabling the production of high-quality dough mats to be faster and better.  

Its "smartness" is first reflected in processing convenience. The material has excellent fluidity, behaving like "obedient cream" during construction. It can evenly cover the substrate surface through scraping or dipping processes, ensuring consistent thickness and uniform hand feel of the dough mat. After stopping operation, it can stably set without local thickening or thinning issues, significantly reducing material waste and rework, thus remarkably improving production efficiency.  

The "strong combination" of physical properties makes the finished product more durable. After curing, the material has moderate hardness, maintaining a soft touch while providing sufficient support. A tensile strength of over 6MPa and tear strength of 10KN/m ensure the dough mat can withstand repeated kneading, pressing, and cleaning during long-term use without damage. The 300% elongation rate endows the product with super flexibility, solving the pain point of traditional materials being prone to cracking and extending the service life of the dough mat several times over.  

The production operation design is also very user-friendly. It adopts a 2:100 weight ratio mixture of A and B two components, allowing ordinary workers to get started after simple training without complex metering equipment. The packaging specifications of 2Kg/barrel for component A and 200Kg/barrel for component B can meet both small-batch trial production and large-scale mass production needs. After mixing, the material viscosity stabilizes at 60000mPa·s, which is compatible with various coating equipment, enabling production without modifying the production line.  

It is worth noting that the material uses platinum catalysis technology, with the catalyst in component A. During use, contact with impurities should be avoided to prevent "failure". If coloring is needed, it must be done in component B, and then mixed with component A after thorough stirring to ensure stable performance.

Stored in an environment below 23℃, it can be preserved for 12 months. The packaging label clearly marks the best use date, and even if it exceeds the shelf life, it can still be used after passing inspection, reducing unnecessary material waste and providing strong support for enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
