On the surfaces of objects that require long-term use, the hardness, temperature resistance, and durability of coatings directly determine the protective effect. A new type of organopolysilazane coating material, with its hardcore properties of "high hardness, anti-aging, and resistance to high and low temperatures", provides long-lasting protection for various objects, solving the pain points of traditional coatings that are prone to wear and aging.
The "hardcore" feature is first reflected in its hardness. After 24 hours of room-temperature curing, the coating hardness can reach 7H, and even light scratches with hard objects will not leave marks. Even with high-temperature rapid curing, the hardness remains at 4H-5H, far exceeding the protective level of ordinary coatings. This high hardness makes it particularly suitable for scenarios requiring scratch resistance, such as car bodies and furniture surfaces. It is not easy to wear during daily use, greatly extending the "appearance freshness period" of objects.
The tear-resistant characteristic is an added bonus. It has strong oxidation resistance and will not yellow or age even after long-term exposure to air. Its excellent corrosion resistance can block the intrusion of corrosive media such as water and oxygen into the substrate, protecting metals from rust and plastics from aging. In terms of temperature adaptability, it also performs exceptionally well: the clear coating can be used long-term below 500℃, and formula-based coatings can even withstand 1000℃ high temperatures, stably functioning in scenarios such as high-temperature equipment and industrial pipelines.
What is even more remarkable is its stability. No obvious shrinkage occurs during curing (linear shrinkage rate <1%), and even when the coating thickness reaches 30μm, it is not easy to crack, forming a complete protective barrier. It also has good chemical shielding properties, acting like an "invisible protective shield" to block the penetration of harmful substances, while maintaining a light transmittance of over 95%. When applied to transparent substrates such as glass, it does not affect aesthetics or light transmission.
It is also easy to use: stored at 0-20℃, it can be preserved for 12 months. During construction, it can be coated after dilution as needed, and multiple curing methods adapt to different production rhythms. From industrial equipment to daily necessities, this "hardcore coating" is making various objects more tear-resistant and durable with its long-lasting and stable protective performance.
