When choosing products for infants and young children, safety is the top priority. For nipple products, safety not only means meeting standards for chemical substance release but also ensuring reliability in physical performance—it must be soft enough to protect an infant's gums yet strong enough to withstand repeated biting and pulling. The newly launched LSR 2618G series of liquid silicone rubber achieves a perfect balance between safety and flexibility.

This series of materials is specifically designed to meet the latest national standard, GB 38995-2020, ensuring the safety and compliance of the materials from the source. This gives manufacturers peace of mind and reassures consumers.

Its core physical performance data fully illustrates the meaning of "flexibility." The elongation at break of this series ranges from 800% to 900%. This is an outstanding indicator, which, in simple terms, means that nipples made from this material can be stretched very long and still elastically return to their original shape. This demonstrates excellent flexibility and resistance to permanent deformation, avoiding issues of loosening after long-term use.

At the same time, its tear strength ranges between 20-22 kN/m, ensuring the nipple's "anti-tear" capability. Even when repeatedly bitten by a baby's sharp milk teeth, it is less likely to break or develop cracks, eliminating potential safety hazards. Additionally, its tensile strength can reach up to 7.5 MPa, further ensuring the product's durability.

The series offers three low hardness values—18, 22, and 25—meaning the tactile feel of the finished nipple will be exceptionally soft, simulating the softness of a mother's skin and providing a comfortable sucking experience for the baby.

Therefore, for nipple brands pursuing high quality, the LSR 2618G series is not just a "certificate of compliance" but also a powerful foundation for enhancing the product experience and building brand reputation. Its outstanding data proves that safety and flexibility can coexist.
