Industrial equipment becoming rusty after long-term use, oil stains on kitchen stoves being hard to clean, and glass curtain walls being covered with scratches… these problems that trouble enterprises and families are now easily solved by a multi-functional nano-ceramic coating. It integrates high-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and easy cleaning, making "lifelong protection" for the surfaces of various materials no longer a dream.

In high-temperature environments, ordinary coatings are often "vulnerable": the coating on the inner wall of the kitchen oven peels off when heated, and the coating on industrial pipelines cracks when exposed to high temperatures. But this coating is a veritable "high-temperature warrior" that can withstand the test of 900℃ high temperature, which is equivalent to being unharmed even when facing the baking of a campfire. This means it can be directly used on high-temperature equipment such as boiler inner walls, oven liners, and industrial furnaces, greatly extending the service life of the equipment.

In daily use, "durability" is another highlight of it. Scratching the coating surface repeatedly with the hardest pencil leaves no trace at all; even if acidic or alkaline liquids splash on it, the coating will not be corroded or discolored. This feature makes it very useful in factory workshops: when metal shelves are coated with it, there’s no need to worry about the paint chipping even if they are hit by forklifts; when the molds on the ceramic production line are coated with it, the problem of raw material adhesion is easily solved. Even for the glass partitions in public places, after children doodle on them with markers, they can be restored to cleanliness with a simple wipe of a damp cloth.

Its ease of application adds even more points. Unlike some coatings that require special spraying equipment, it’s as simple as painting a wall. Methods such as brushing, rolling, and curtain coating are all applicable, and ordinary workers can operate it after simple training. It can work when the dry film thickness is as thin as 1 micron, and the most recommended thickness is 10 microns, which is thinner than a piece of paper. However, it can form an airtight protective layer that neither affects the original appearance of the equipment nor saves material costs.

From the stainless steel equipment in food processing plants to the glass curtain walls of office buildings, from the kitchen stoves at home to the outdoor metal sculptures, this coating, with its characteristics of "not fearing high temperatures, scratches, or stains", is becoming a "versatile assistant" for industrial protection and daily maintenance, redefining people’s expectations for coating functions.
