When making garment labels, issues such as difficult rubber compound mixing, poor molding results, and non-durable finished products not only delay production but also increase costs. However, the IOTA-1XXXA/B series liquid silicone rubber is like a "magic tool" for label production. It is easy to operate and has stable performance, enabling the high-quality production of every garment label.

It adopts a two-component design, with Component A and Component B used together. Three models cover different needs:
- The Component A of 1123A/B has the lowest viscosity (50,000 mPa·s) and fast flow rate, making it suitable for producing labels with complex patterns and delicate designs, as it can perfectly present every detail.
- The Component A of 1054A/B (100,000 mPa·s) and 1035A/B (150,000 mPa·s) have slightly higher viscosities, ensuring more stable molding. They are ideal for simple text and graphic labels.

The Component B of all three models has a uniform viscosity of 1,500 mPa·s, which mixes easily and evenly with Component A. No strenuous effort is needed to achieve a homogeneous mixture, even for beginners to operate effortlessly.

The usage steps are simple:
1. Add color paste to Component A (no addition for solid color) and stir evenly with a disperser. The color depth can be adjusted according to requirements.
2. Pour Component B into Component A at a ratio of 10 parts Component A to 1 part Component B, and mix evenly again.
3. Remove air bubbles from the mixed rubber compound, then pour it into the mold for production.

For ordinary labels, vulcanization can be completed in just 18 seconds under 180°C. For thicker labels (e.g., 2-3 mm), simply increase the temperature slightly or extend the time to ensure complete vulcanization. No repeated testing and adjustment are required, greatly reducing the operation difficulty.

Moreover, the finished products have extremely stable quality. After vulcanization, the hardness ranges from 40 to 52 Shore A, providing a comfortable touch that won’t feel bulky or abrasive when attached to clothing. It has high tensile strength, so the label won’t break easily even when pulled hard. With high elongation, the label won’t crack when bent or folded during daily wear, allowing it to last as long as the garment. Another highlight is its high yellowing resistance level—whether it’s light-colored labels on light-colored clothing or dark-colored labels on dark-colored clothing, they won’t turn yellow after long-term use, maintaining their original color and ensuring the overall texture of the garment remains intact.

Storage and packaging are also hassle-free:
- Component A is available in 20KG small barrels and 200KG large barrels.
- Component B comes in 1KG small cans and 20KG large barrels.

Enterprises can choose according to their production scale, without worrying about waste from oversized packaging or shortage from undersized packaging. As long as it is stored in a cool and dry place with a temperature not exceeding 37°C, it can be preserved for 12 months, making stock preparation convenient.

However, note the following during use:
- Do not let the rubber compound come into contact with compounds containing elements such as nitrogen, sulfur, phosphorus, or tin, as this may prevent vulcanization.
- The mixed rubber compound should be used as soon as possible, preferably within 1.5 hours at 25°C. Higher temperatures will shorten the storage time.

For enterprises looking to improve the quality of garment labels and production efficiency, this easy-to-operate and reliable-performance liquid silicone rubber is definitely an ideal choice.
