Every baby has different sucking habits and oral development conditions, so their needs for the softness of a pacifier also vary. The new national standard pacifier of the IOTA LSR 2618G series is made of liquid silicone rubber, thoughtfully providing three hardness options. It also complies with strict infant product standards, ensuring every baby can use a suitable and safe pacifier.
Targeting babies of different age groups and with different sucking preferences, it is designed into three core models:
- 2618G (Shore A 18) focuses on "extreme softness", suitable for babies aged 0-6 months. Its soft texture can simulate the touch of a mother's breast, helping babies adapt to the pacifier smoothly.
- 2620G (Shore A 22) emphasizes "balanced flexibility", suitable for babies aged 6-12 months who are teething. It can not only meet the sucking needs but also gently massage the gums, relieving the discomfort of teething.
- 2625G (Shore A 25) highlights "moderate support", suitable for babies over 1 year old with strong biting force. It can withstand the baby's biting, not easy to break or deform.
Regardless of the model, the safety performance is top-notch. All models comply with the new national standard GB 38995-2020, have passed strict testing, and do not contain harmful substances, making them safe for babies to suck and bite for a long time. Moreover, they are all made of highly transparent materials, so the pacifiers have no impurities. Parents can clearly see the inside of the pacifier, and can completely remove milk stains during cleaning, avoiding bacterial residue and protecting the baby's oral health.
In terms of physical properties, the three models also maintain consistent high quality:
- The density is all 1.10g/cm³, with uniform material, so the pacifiers made have a consistent thickness without local weakness.
- The tensile strength ranges from a minimum of 6.5MPa to a maximum of 7.5MPa, which can withstand the baby's pulling without breaking easily.
- The elongation rate is 800%-900%, with excellent elasticity, so it can quickly rebound even if deformed by the baby's biting.
- The tear strength is ≥20KN/m, making it resistant to biting and tearing, with a longer service life, reducing the trouble of parents replacing pacifiers frequently.
During production, you only need to mix components A and B in a 1:1 ratio, stir thoroughly, then pour into the mold, and heat at 130℃ under 15MPa for 5 minutes to cure and form. The operation is simple and efficient, suitable for mass production. For storage, it should be kept in a dry environment below 23℃. Unopened products can be stored for 12 months, and those exceeding the shelf life can still be used if they pass the inspection.
This liquid silicone rubber, which balances "personalized adaptation" and "strict safety", provides a flexible solution for the production of infant products, allowing every baby to have a comfortable and safe exclusive pacifier.
