The injection molding processing method also brings great convenience to production. Traditional materials are difficult to mold and prone to problems such as bubbles and cracks. However, this silicone rubber is compatible with the injection molding process, which can accurately fill every detail of the mold and quickly produce cable accessories with complex shapes. This not only improves the product qualification rate but also significantly shortens the production cycle. At the same time, it has passed the RoHS test and does not contain harmful substances such as lead and mercury. It not only meets environmental protection requirements but also avoids pollution to soil and water sources, contributing to the construction of green power.
From the perspective of typical data, the two models HTV 8642 and HTV 8643 have stable performance, small permanent set at a given elongation, and their resistance to tracking and erosion reaches Level 1A3.5, enabling them to adapt to complex environments such as humidity and dust. Whether for terminal protection of outdoor high-voltage cables or sheath production of indoor cables, this silicone rubber can provide reliable support and serve as a "solid backing" for the safe operation of power systems.
