In today’s world where fire hazards cannot be ignored, the performance of flame-retardant materials is directly related to the effectiveness of safety protection. This silicone rubber has a maximum tensile strength of 6.0MPa, enabling it to withstand large external forces without breaking; its elongation can reach up to 380%, allowing it to quickly rebound and return to its original shape even after being stretched and deformed; its tear strength is stably maintained at 12-14KN/m, with strong damage resistance, ensuring that the product’s flame-retardant performance and structural integrity are preserved for a long time. Following the process parameters of "adding 1% of 50% DCP (dicumyl peroxide) curing agent and heating at 175℃ under 15MPa for 5 minutes", it can achieve rapid curing. It is compatible with automated production lines, significantly shortening the production cycle. At the same time, it has passed the RoHS test, ensuring material compliance. Enterprises do not need to worry about product export or market access being affected by environmental protection issues, reducing production risks. In terms of product models, HTV-8550 to HTV-8580 each have their own focuses: HTV-8550 has excellent elasticity, suitable for making flame-retardant components that require frequent deformation; HTV-8560 and HTV-8570 have balanced performance, adapting to most general scenarios; HTV-8580 has the highest hardness, suitable for products with high requirements for structural stability.
