Moreover, it can be thermally cured quickly: under the conditions of 130℃ and 15MPa pressure, it only takes 5 minutes to set, which greatly shortens the production cycle and meets the mass production needs of the textile industry. From the perspective of technical parameters, its performance is also outstanding: the hardness is Shore 40 degrees, which is soft and elastic, and will not make the fabric stiff; the tensile strength is ≥5MPa, meaning the coating is tough and durable, not easy to break; the elongation is ≥200%, so even if the fabric is stretched, the coating can deform synchronously without falling off; the tear strength is ≥10KN/m, giving it strong damage resistance. In addition to textiles, it is also suitable for silicone surface coating and hand feel modification, providing support for texture upgrading of more products and becoming an "all-round assistant" to improve product experience.
