However, this silicone rubber is compatible with the injection molding process, which can accurately fill every detail of the mold and quickly produce cable accessories with complex shapes. This not only improves the product qualification rate but also significantly shortens the production cycle. At the same time, it has passed the RoHS test and does not contain harmful substances such as lead and mercury. It not only meets environmental protection requirements but also avoids pollution to soil and water sources, contributing to the construction of green power. From the perspective of typical data, the two models HTV 32642 and HTV 32643 have stable performance, small permanent set at break, and their tracking resistance reaches grade 1A3.5, which can adapt to complex environments such as humidity and dust. Whether it is for the termination protection of outdoor high-voltage cables or the sheath production of indoor cables, this silicone rubber can provide reliable support and become a "solid backing" for the safe operation of power systems.
