High Flow + Instant Demolding! This Silicone Doubles Production Efficiency for Electronic Buttons

Hits: 508 img

In the production of electronic buttons, issues such as low molding precision, difficult demolding, and poor fluidity often slow down production lines and lead to defective products. A specialized addition-cure liquid silicone rubber for electronic buttons, with its superior fluidity and exceptional demolding properties, combined with precise molding capabilities, serves as an "efficiency accelerator" for electronic button manufacturing. It ensures injection molding and compression production are fast and stable, significantly improving yield rates.

Its fluidity is a standout feature in the industry. Before curing, Component A has a viscosity of only 150 mPa·s, Component B 100 mPa·s, and the mixed viscosity is just 125 mPa·s. This low viscosity provides excellent flowability, allowing the material to quickly and evenly fill every fine detail of the mold—even for electronic button molds with intricate patterns and small dimensions. It achieves void-free filling, resulting in buttons with clean edges and precise details after molding, eliminating the need for additional trimming or finishing and fundamentally reducing defects.

Its demolding performance directly boosts production efficiency. After curing, the adhesive exhibits very low adhesion to the mold, enabling smooth demolding without sticking or damaging the buttons. This significantly shortens the production cycle per mold, making it ideal for large-scale injection molding and compression lines. The molding results are consistent and stable, with demolded buttons featuring smooth surfaces and high uniformity, meeting the standardization requirements for mass production. Subsequent surface treatment steps are eliminated, saving both time and cost.

Operation and storage are also tailored to production needs. The two-component design ensures stable performance as long as components from the same batch are mixed. Thorough stirring before material transfer restores optimal fluidity. It can be stored unopened for up to 12 months at temperatures below 23°C, offering a long shelf life. The 200 kg drum packaging is well-suited for bulk procurement, reducing the need for frequent replenishment. From small 3C buttons to large industrial control panel buttons and keyboard case compression molding, this silicone integrates seamlessly into production lines, enhancing both efficiency and yield.
