Maximized Fluidity + 5-Minute Fast Curing! This Silicone Makes Molding Production Worry-Free

Hits: 494 img

In compression and injection molding production, poor material fluidity often leads to incomplete filling and defects, while long curing times slow down production lines—major obstacles to improving efficiency. A precipitated liquid silicone rubber, with its excellent fluidity + rapid vulcanization in 5 minutes at 130°C, combined with an ultra-long pot life of 48 hours after mixing, acts as an "efficiency accelerator" for molding production. Suitable for both compression and injection molding, it ensures fast and stable production, significantly boosting yield rates.

Its fluidity is remarkably impressive. Low-hardness grades (25–40 Shore A) have a viscosity of only 80 Pa·s, allowing the material to quickly and uniformly fill every minute detail of the mold. Even for kitchenware accessories with fine patterns or small industrial part molds, it achieves complete filling without defects, resulting in molded products with crisp edges and delicate details, thoroughly solving molding imperfections caused by poor fluidity. Medium-to-high hardness grades (50–70 Shore A) have slightly higher viscosity but still maintain good flowability, fully meeting the process requirements of injection molding and easily producing industrial parts of various structures.

Its curing efficiency aligns perfectly with the pace of industrial production. At 130°C, it requires only 5 minutes to complete vulcanization. Compared to traditional silicones that often take over ten minutes to cure, this significantly shortens the production cycle, directly improving per-mold efficiency and seamlessly suits large-scale assembly line operations. Additionally, the material offers a pot life of 48 hours at 25°C after mixing, providing ample working time. Whether for small-batch trials or mass production, there's no need to rush, effectively preventing production errors caused by insufficient working time.

Operation is also very convenient. Simply mix Components A and B in a 1:1 ratio. If bubbles are introduced during mixing, a simple vacuum degassing restores optimal condition—no complex processing required. From compression molding of kitchenware to injection molding of industrial parts, this silicone, with its advantages of high fluidity + fast curing, integrates effortlessly into various production lines, saving enterprises significant time and labor costs.
