In the field of precision molds and fine product replication, makers have long struggled with low transparency, poor reproduction accuracy, and easy deformation of mold materials—especially for resin jewelry, precision mechanical parts, and other products demanding extremely high detail restoration. Ordinary mold silicone simply cannot meet these requirements.
Featuring glass-like ultra-clarity, high tear resistance, and near-zero shrinkage, this high-transparency mold silicone serves as a powerful ally for precision replication, achieving zero-error reproduction of mold textures while ensuring non-deformable, highly durable molds.
Its core highlight is exceptional transparency. All grades are crystal clear and cure to a glass-like finish, allowing every fine line and delicate detail of the master mold to be clearly seen during pouring. Even intricate carvings on resin jewelry and tiny slots in precision machinery can be accurately reproduced, with no missing textures or distorted details, perfectly satisfying the demands of fine mold making.
It also combines high tear resistance and low shrinkage. Tear strength ranges from 4 kN/m up to 13 kN/m, with higher hardness corresponding to stronger tear resistance. The cured mold resists cracking and tearing under stretching, remaining undamaged after repeated demolding and use, greatly extending service life.
Its near-zero shrinkage eliminates mold deformation, ensuring precise dimensions and regular shapes after curing. No texture distortion or dimensional deviation occurs due to shrinkage, so reproduced products perfectly match the master mold and virtually eliminate scrap caused by mold deformation.
It offers generous operating convenience as well, with a consistent pot life of 60±10 minutes across the series, providing ample time for mixing, deaeration, pouring, and leveling. Even complex precision molds can be made without rushing, effectively reducing defects caused by insufficient operating time.
This addition-cured two-component silicone delivers excellent stability and demoldability after curing, making it an ideal elastic mold material for casting AB water, PU, epoxy resin, and other materials.
It is widely suitable for precision mechanical molds, resin jewelry molds, and fine molds for 815 resin, ABS materials, and more, making precision reproduction simple and efficient.
