As application scenarios continue to expand, conformal silicone coatings and sealants—as two key categories of silicone-based protective materials—are experiencing a new wave of performance upgrades and growing demand.

Conformal silicone coatings are primarily used for the surface protection of electronic components, circuit boards, and precision parts. After film formation, they create a dense elastic layer that effectively isolates moisture, dust, and chemically corrosive media, while offering good electrical insulation and high- and low-temperature resistance. In fields such as outdoor photovoltaic modules, automotive electronics, and industrial control boards, conformal coatings have become a critical barrier ensuring long-term, stable equipment operation.

Sealants, on the other hand, play an irreplaceable role in structural joining and gap filling. Taking new energy battery packs as an example, sealants must not only withstand vibration and shock during vehicle operation but also maintain elasticity and adhesive strength across a wide temperature range, preventing coolant leakage or external contaminant ingress. To meet the demands of various operating conditions, we have developed a range of sealant products with different viscosities, curing mechanisms, and substrate adhesion properties, balancing application convenience with long-term reliability.

On the technical front, we focus on molecular structure design to enhance the adhesion and weatherability of conformal coatings, while optimizing the rheological properties of sealants to prevent sagging during vertical application and ensure uniform, full-bodied adhesive layers. All products undergo rigorous aging, damp-heat, and mechanical performance testing to meet the protection grade requirements of diverse industries.
