In recent years, the protection requirements for core components in domestic industrial manufacturing have been continuously rising. Traditional protective materials are increasingly unable to adapt to the complex and variable operating conditions. With its outstanding comprehensive properties, liquid silicone rubber (LSR) is becoming the mainstream choice for potting and sealing applications.

In potting scenarios for electronic modules and power supply components, LSR potting compounds form a continuous elastic protective layer over the component surface, effectively isolating moisture and dust from侵蚀 on internal precision components. At the same time, through its inherent thermal conductivity, it evenly dissipates the heat generated during component operation, preventing localized overheating that could affect equipment lifespan. Unlike conventional rigid potting materials, LSR exhibits a certain degree of elasticity after curing, which buffers vibrations generated during equipment operation and reduces damage to internal components from external mechanical冲击.

In sealing applications for industrial equipment joints and process cavities, LSR sealants perform equally impressively. They achieve good adhesion on joint surfaces of various materials, compatible with metals, plastics, ceramics, and other substrates, while maintaining stable sealing performance across a wide temperature range from -50°C to 200°C without becoming brittle or cracking. This makes them suitable for diverse and complex environments such as outdoor equipment and high-temperature workshops.

Currently, mainstream LSR products adopt low-viscosity formulation systems with good flowability, enabling natural penetration into fine gaps and crevices of components without the need for complex pressurization equipment, thus enabling high-precision potting and sealing operations that meet large-scale industrial production needs.
