In the extreme environments of industrial manufacturing, the reliability of materials often determines the life or death of equipment. Fluorosilicone raw rubber (IOTA-110-F series), with its "dual-faced" performance advantages, has become a new benchmark for elastic materials that span the two worlds of ice and fire. In a 3-hour test at 150℃ high temperature, the volatile content can still be controlled below 2%, which means that the performance attenuation rate of the material is minimized in long-term high-temperature working environments.

In application scenarios, its "versatility" is fully released. In the military industry, it provides sealing protection for precision instruments under extreme temperature differences; in the aviation field, it withstands the dual tests of aviation fuel and high-altitude low temperature; in the engine compartment of the automotive industry, it resists oil erosion and high-temperature baking; on the seals of petrochemical pipelines, it calmly copes with various solvent corrosion; even in the medical and health field, its stable chemical inertness meets the requirements of clean environments.

Different from the limitations of single-performance materials, it integrates the advantages of high and low temperature resistance (-60℃ to above 200℃), solvent corrosion resistance, and high insulation strength. The non-dangerous goods attribute makes transportation and storage more convenient. The standardized packaging of 25kg/box is suitable for industrial production needs. The 12-month shelf life combined with storage in a cool and dry environment further reduces the use cost. This "one material with multiple functions" characteristic is making it a new material choice for the upgrading of multiple industries.
