From Fire Resistance to Wear Resistance: This "All-Round Silicone" Upgrades and Revitalizes Protective Materials

In industrial production and daily life, the performance of protective materials is directly related to safety and durability. For production enterprises, its "easy processing property" is particularly popular. During construction, it can easily adapt to various processes such as scraping and dipping. The material "obeys" and does not flow during operation, can evenly cover the substrate surface, and reduces the trouble of manual adjustment. More importantly, it has super strong adhesion to substrates such as glass fiber cloth, and there will be no delamination or bubbling after curing, significantly improving product qualification rates and reducing rework costs.  

It is also very convenient to use. Adopting A/B two-component 1:1 weight mixing, no complex measuring tools are needed, and workers only need to mix and stir according to the proportion. The mixed material has moderate viscosity, and the coating process is smooth without stuck, greatly improving production efficiency. No special conditions are required for storage; it can be stored for 12 months in an environment below 23℃, and can still be used after passing inspection even if it exceeds the shelf life, providing convenience for enterprise inventory management.  

From household fire protection facilities to industrial protective equipment, this "all-round silicone" is upgrading material performance to make protective products safer, more durable, and easier to produce.
