In the field of kitchen supplies, an addition-cure silicone rubber material that integrates food safety, high adhesion, and strong toughness is emerging with its ability to adapt to multiple scenarios. It not only provides core material guarantee for dough mats but also demonstrates excellent performance in various food-contact products, effectively expanding the application boundaries of kitchen protection materials.

Food-grade safety is its foundational advantage. This material strictly controls safety standards from raw materials to production processes, enabling direct contact with various food ingredients without releasing harmful substances. It addresses the long-standing pain point of safety hazards in traditional kitchen material textures. Whether used for high-temperature dough kneading or contact with acidic ingredients, it maintains chemical stability, offering reliable protection for scenarios such as home baking and pasta making.

Its broad adaptability to substrates expands its application range. It exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates, forming a tightly bonded protective layer after coating—like putting a "safety coat" on products. Even after repeated cleaning and high-temperature disinfection, it does not peel or fall off, ensuring long-term stable performance in products such as dough mats, food trays, and baking tools, while reducing safety risks caused by material aging.

The balanced design of performance and user experience enhances application flexibility. After curing, its translucent appearance combines aesthetics with practicality; a hardness of 40 Shore A delivers a comfortable touch, while a tensile strength of over 6MPa and an elongation rate of over 300% make products both durable and flexible. These characteristics allow it to be applied not only to dough mats but also to meet the performance requirements of baking mats, food-grade sealing rings, and other products, achieving "one material, multiple functions."

Thoughtful details in usage further enhance its practicality. It adopts platinum catalysis technology, with the catalyst concentrated in Component A; during use, contact with impurities should be avoided to prevent performance degradation. If color adjustment is needed, food-grade colorants can be added to Component B, stirred evenly, and then mixed with Component A. Stored in an environment below 23°C, it has a shelf life of 12 months, and its flexible packaging specifications adapt to different production needs.

From home kitchens to commercial bakeries, this material is leveraging its multi-scenario adaptability to provide safe and reliable material solutions for more food-contact scenarios.
