To create safe and durable kneading mats, the quality of the core material is key. A food-grade addition-cure silicone rubber material specifically developed for kneading mats is becoming a reliable assistant for production enterprises, doubling the production efficiency of high-quality kneading mats with its "smart" processing characteristics and stable performance.  

Its "smartness" is first reflected in its "ease of use" during processing. The material boasts excellent fluidity, spreading evenly like "obedient cream" during application, perfectly covering the substrate surface to ensure consistent thickness and uniform texture of the kneading mat. Once the operation stops, it stabilizes and sets without local accumulation or wasteful dripping, significantly reducing rework rates and markedly improving production efficiency.  

Its "tough and durable" physical properties make the finished product more resilient. The cured material has a moderate hardness, offering both a soft touch and sufficient support. With a tensile strength exceeding 6 MPa and a tear strength of 10 kN/m, the kneading mat can withstand repeated kneading, cleaning, and folding during long-term use without damage. An elongation rate of 300% addresses the common issue of traditional materials cracking easily, extending the product's lifespan several times over and providing consumers with greater peace of mind.  

The production operation design is also highly considerate. The two components, A and B, are mixed in a weight ratio of 2:100, allowing ordinary workers to handle the process with simple training and no need for complex measuring equipment. The packaging specifications—2 kg per barrel for Component A and 200 kg per barrel for Component B—cater to both small-batch trials and large-scale mass production. The mixed material maintains a stable viscosity of 60,000 mPa·s, compatible with various coating equipment, enabling quick production without modifying the production line.  

It is important to note that the material uses platinum catalyst technology, with the catalyst in Component A. Care must be taken to avoid contact with impurities that could cause "deactivation." If coloring is required, it must be done in Component B, mixed thoroughly before combining with Component A to ensure stable performance. Stored below 23°C, the material can be preserved for 12 months. The packaging label clearly indicates the best-use date, and even after expiration, it can still be used if it passes inspection, reducing material waste and helping enterprises cut costs and improve efficiency.
