The hardness, temperature resistance, and durability of coatings directly determine the protective effect on surfaces that require long-term use. A new organic polysilazane coating material, with its "high hardness, anti-aging, and resistance to high and low temperatures" capabilities, offers long-lasting protection for various objects, addressing the pain points of traditional coatings, such as susceptibility to wear and aging.

"Hardcore" is first reflected in its hardness. After curing at room temperature for 24 hours, the coating hardness reaches 7H, and even when scratched lightly with a hard object, no marks are left. Even with high-temperature rapid curing, the hardness remains at 4H-5H, far exceeding the protection level of ordinary coatings. This high hardness makes it particularly suitable for scenarios requiring scratch resistance, such as car bodies and furniture surfaces. Daily use is less likely to cause wear, significantly extending the object's "appearance preservation period."

Its resistance to wear and tear is an added bonus. It has strong anti-oxidation capabilities, meaning it won’t yellow or age even after long-term exposure to air. Its excellent corrosion resistance prevents corrosive media like water and oxygen from penetrating the substrate, protecting metals from rust and plastics from aging. In terms of temperature adaptability, it also performs exceptionally well: the clear coat can be used long-term at temperatures below 500°C, while formulated coatings can even withstand temperatures up to 1000°C, making them stable in high-temperature equipment, industrial pipelines, and other scenarios.

What’s even more remarkable is its stability. During the curing process, it does not exhibit significant shrinkage (linear shrinkage rate <1%), and even with a coating thickness of 30μm, it is less prone to cracking, forming a complete protective barrier. It also has excellent chemical shielding properties, acting like an "invisible protective shield" that blocks the penetration of harmful substances while maintaining over 95% light transmittance. When applied to transparent substrates like glass, it does not affect aesthetics or light transmission.

It is also very convenient to use. Stored in a 0-20°C environment, it can last for 12 months. During application, it can be diluted as needed and then coated, with multiple curing methods available to suit different production schedules. From industrial equipment to daily-use items, this "hardcore coating" is making various objects more resistant to wear and tear and more durable, thanks to its long-lasting and stable protective performance.
