An excellent material requires proper processing methods to maximize its performance advantages. The newly launched LSR 2618G series liquid silicone rubber (LSR) not only boasts outstanding performance but also requires producers to follow scientific standards during storage, handling, and molding processes. This ensures stable quality of the final products and efficient production.

First, this product adopts a platinum catalytic system. This is a high-grade, odorless curing method that guarantees the purity and safety of the finished products. However, it is important to note that platinum catalysts are prone to "poisoning" reactions with certain impurities, leading to incomplete curing. Therefore, during the production process, it is imperative to ensure that equipment, molds, containers, and other items in contact with the materials are clean and free of contamination. Contact with chemicals containing sulfur, phosphorus, amines, or other such substances must be avoided.

Second, material management is the first step in ensuring quality. For this series of products, Component A and Component B must be precisely mixed at a 1:1 ratio, and cross-mixing of Component A and Component B from different batches is strictly prohibited. Each batch of products undergoes precise adjustments during production; only components from the same batch can ensure that the mixed material achieves the designed curing effect and performance indicators.

Third, slight sedimentation of the materials may occur after storage. Therefore, before use, Component A and Component B must each be fully and thoroughly stirred to restore their uniform physical state. This ensures the accuracy of the mixing ratio, maintains optimal fluidity during subsequent processing, and guarantees uniform and stable product quality.

In terms of storage, the original packaging barrels should be stored in a cool, dry environment below 23°C, with a shelf life of 12 months. Even if the expiration date on the label is exceeded, it is recommended to conduct key performance tests on the materials. Only after confirming that the materials are qualified can they continue to be used, so as to avoid unnecessary waste.

By following the above guidelines, manufacturers can safely and efficiently utilize this high-performance material, stably produce high-quality pacifier products that meet the new national standards, and gain an advantage in market competition.
