In the field of garment label production, the vulcanization efficiency, molding effect, and operational convenience of rubber compounds directly affect production progress and finished product quality. The IOTA-1XXXA/B series liquid silicone rubber for garment labels, as a two-component addition-type product, has become a high-quality choice for label production due to its characteristics of fast vulcanization and easy operation.

In terms of basic properties, the product is translucent. The three models (IOTA-1054A/B, IOTA-1035A/B, IOTA-1123A/B) are used with Component A and Component B matched to meet different production needs. In terms of viscosity:
- Component A varies by model: IOTA-1123A/B has the lowest Component A viscosity (50,000 mPa·s) and stronger fluidity, suitable for labels with complex patterns.
- IOTA-1035A/B has the highest Component A viscosity (150,000 mPa·s), ensuring better molding stability.
- IOTA-1054A/B has a Component A viscosity (100,000 mPa·s) between the two, meeting regular application scenarios.

Component B has a uniform viscosity of 1,500 mPa·s, which blends easily with Component A and can be evenly dispersed without complex stirring. The specific gravity ranges from 1.075 to 1.08 g/cm³, which is close to the density of garment fabrics, so there is no sense of heaviness after attachment.

In terms of core advantages, its vulcanization speed is particularly prominent. When making ordinary labels, vulcanization and shaping can be completed in only 18 seconds at 180°C, greatly shortening the production time of a single batch and improving overall efficiency. At the same time, the product has good fluidity—it can automatically fill fine patterns after being poured into the mold, clearly presenting even small details such as letter edges and pattern details. It also defoams easily; simple treatment after mixing can eliminate air bubbles, avoiding depressions and defects on the label surface. In addition, it has a high yellowing resistance level, so it won’t turn yellow or discolor easily after long-term use or washing, ensuring the label remains bright in appearance for a long time. Its easy coloring property ensures uniform color adhesion, enabling accurate reproduction of both brand-specific colors and personalized color schemes.

Operation during use is simple: mix 1000g of Component A with 100g of Component B (i.e., a ratio of 10:1). For colored labels, first add color paste to Component A and stir evenly, then add Component B for mixing. After defoaming, it can be put into production. The physical properties after vulcanization are reliable: the hardness ranges from 40 to 52 Shore A, with a soft touch that won’t irritate the skin; the tensile strength is ≥4.2MPa and the elongation is ≥200%, so it won’t break easily after being pulled or folded and has good resilience; the tear strength is ≥18KN/m, making it resistant to friction and snags during daily wear; the linear shrinkage rate is stably around 2.1%, ensuring accurate dimensions after molding without obvious shrinkage or deformation.

In terms of packaging, Component A is available in 20KG and 200KG specifications, and Component B comes in 1KG and 20KG options, suitable for small-batch trial production and large-scale mass production. For storage, simply place it in a cool and dry place with a temperature not exceeding 37°C, and the shelf life can reach 12 months, facilitating long-term stock preparation for enterprises.
