Still troubled by "complex proportioning and slow curing" when potting electronic components or bonding displays? The silicone gel IOTA-5118AB comes with the advantages of "simple operation + fast curing"—just like an "all-purpose adhesive", it easily meets the bonding and potting needs in multiple fields such as electronics, automotive, and solar energy.  

Its operation threshold is so low that even beginners can master it quickly. There’s no need to calculate complex ratios for the two components (A and B); just mix them in a 1:1 ratio directly—whether measuring by volume or weighing by mass, precise matching is achievable. The mixed adhesive has low viscosity: Adhesive A is 1600 mPa·s, Adhesive B is 1300 mPa·s, and the mixture is 1400 mPa·s. It has excellent fluidity, like slightly thickened water, which can easily flow into the tiny gaps of electronic components and fill every corner completely. Moreover, bubbles generated after mixing can be eliminated through simple vacuum defoaming, preventing small pits from forming after potting that would affect component performance.  

The curing speed can also be flexibly controlled, fully adapting to different production rhythms. If there’s no rush to deliver products, it can cure slowly at room temperature (25℃) without additional heating; if there’s a tight production schedule, increasing the temperature to 150℃ allows curing to be completed in 30 minutes—equivalent to the time it takes to make a cup of coffee—enabling the potting of a batch of components. This "adjustable speed" feature perfectly suits both the flexible production of small workshops and the assembly line operations of large factories.  

More importantly, its performance meets the needs of multiple scenarios. When potting automotive electronic components, its insulation and vibration resistance play a key role: with a volume resistance of 10¹⁶Ω·cm and surface resistance of 10¹⁴Ω, it can insulate current and prevent short circuits; its mechanical damping performance can also absorb vibrations during driving to protect components from damage. When potting solar cells, its light transmittance of over 99% does not block sunlight, ensuring power generation efficiency. It can even be used to make damping products, leveraging its excellent damping performance to reduce vibration and noise. If colored products are needed, adding some dye to the adhesive and stirring evenly can produce gels of different colors, meeting personalized requirements.  

The storage and packaging are also user-friendly. Both Component A and Component B are available in 15KG or 180KG barrels, and purchasing them as a set avoids waste. They can be stored for 6 months in a cool place at 5-30℃.
