In industrial production, many devices have to withstand extreme environments of extreme cold or high temperature. Ordinary lubricants and heat transfer media often "can't hold up"—they solidify and fail at low temperatures, and volatilize and deteriorate at high temperatures. It will not be easily lost and can play a role stably for a long time. For instance, it can handle the lubrication of outdoor equipment in cold areas and the heat transfer system of high-temperature industrial furnaces with ease.

Its lubricity is far superior to that of ordinary dimethyl silicone oil, which can reduce the friction and wear of mechanical parts and extend the service life of equipment; it has excellent electrical insulation, so it can be used as insulating oil in high-voltage environments to protect electronic equipment such as transformers and capacitors; it can also be well miscible with other organic resins, facilitating the matching with other materials and expanding application scenarios.
