In the production workshop of injection-molded products, "secondary vulcanization" was once a significant "time-consuming pain point" for many manufacturers. As an additional heating process, it not only requires specialized equipment and space but also involves hours of waiting for curing, severely slowing down the overall production pace. Now, a high-adhesion liquid silicone rubber that eliminates secondary vulcanization has emerged, directly removing this cumbersome step. With its high-performance efficiency, it redefines production standards for injection-molded products, becoming a "new powerful tool" for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in manufacturing.

This liquid silicone rubber features a two-component design with a 1:1 mixing ratio, making it exceptionally simple to operate. Workers no longer need complex calculations for proportioning; simply mixing components A and B in equal weights ensures uniform blending, significantly reducing operational difficulty and mixing errors. Its core advantage lies in "eliminating secondary vulcanization." After injection molding, no additional heating treatment is required—curing is completed in a single step. This saves the equipment investment, space occupation, and time costs associated with secondary vulcanization, streamlining the production process.

Its curing speed is equally impressive. In a production environment of 130°C, it takes only 90 seconds to cure a 2mm-thick product. When the temperature is raised to 150°C, the curing time can be shortened to 45 seconds, significantly reducing production waiting time, making it particularly suitable for batch production scenarios. Additionally, the product excels in environmental performance, with harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs) content below 0.5%. In every 100 parts of the material, harmful volatiles account for less than 0.5 parts. No odors are emitted during production, meeting environmental requirements while improving the workshop working environment.

In terms of performance, the "high adhesion" of this silicone rubber stands out as a highlight. It bonds tightly with substrates such as metal and plastic, offering exceptional adhesion and resistance to detachment, significantly enhancing the stability of finished products. Its mechanical properties are also excellent, with tensile strength reaching up to 10 MPa—capable of withstanding tension equivalent to 10 standard atmospheres without breaking. Its tear strength is as high as 40 kN/m, providing wear resistance, anti-aging properties, and stable performance over long-term use.

Currently, this product is widely used in applications such as seal ring production and the manufacturing of various injection-molded components. Whether for sealing accessories in the automotive industry, waterproof components in electronics, or structural parts in everyday products, it helps manufacturers improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality with its advantages of efficient molding and durability. For the manufacturing industry pursuing high-efficiency production, this secondary-vulcanization-free, high-adhesion liquid silicone rubber is undoubtedly an excellent choice for upgrading and transformation.
