In traditional foam material production workshops, "high-temperature equipment" and "complex operations" were once unavoidable hurdles—creating foam silicone products required not only specialized heating devices but also strict temperature control, as even minor deviations could compromise product quality. Now, the emergence of a room-temperature foamable liquid silicone has completely broken through these limitations. Without the need for high-temperature baking, it automatically foams and cures at ambient temperatures, offering ease of operation and high performance, making it a "worry-free choice" for manufacturing.

This liquid foamable silicone features a two-component design with highly flexible mixing ratios. It can be mixed at a 1:1 weight ratio or adjusted to a 10:1 ratio based on production needs, adapting to different manufacturing processes. The operation is surprisingly simple: workers only need to mix components A and B uniformly in the desired ratio, without adding complex additives, and the mixture is ready for pouring. Its workability is also user-friendly—at 25°C, the mixed material offers a 5–10 minute working window, providing ample time for pouring and shaping without worrying about premature curing.

The core advantage lies in its "room-temperature foaming" capability, eliminating reliance on high-temperature equipment. The foaming reaction initiates under everyday conditions, expanding to 2–6 times its original volume and forming a uniform foam structure. This not only saves the costs associated with purchasing and operating high-temperature equipment but also avoids safety risks from high-temperature operations, making it accessible for both small workshops and large factories. The curing speed is equally impressive: at 25°C, full curing takes only 20–30 minutes, and the entire process from mixing to molding is completed within one hour, significantly shortening production cycles, making it ideal for batch production.

The product’s physical properties are outstanding. After foaming, the finished product weighs only 200–500 kg per cubic meter—lightweight yet retaining excellent elasticity and softness, quickly rebounding when pressed and resistant to deformation. Its texture is uniform, free of bubbles or voids, ensuring stable performance whether used as filler or molded components. Notably, this product is non-hazardous and can be transported as a general chemical, with a shelf life of up to one year when stored sealed below 25°C, requiring no special handling during transportation or storage.

Currently, it is widely used in the production of sealing strips, sponge tubes for photocopier transfer rollers, shock-absorbing buffer boards, and more. For example, foam sealing strips for automotive doors and windows can be produced without high-temperature processing, offering fast molding and effective sealing. When used as filler for bags, it provides lightness, softness, and support, enhancing the product’s feel. For printer roller sponge tubes, its elasticity ensures smooth printing operations. For enterprises pursuing convenient production and cost reduction, this room-temperature foamable silicone is undoubtedly an excellent choice for boosting efficiency.
