In full-screen lamination construction, traditional lamination glues have short working time, which easily leads to problems such as uneven gluing and lamination misalignment due to rushing, resulting in high defective product rates. Meanwhile, the harsh curing conditions of UV curing glues have troubled many manufacturing enterprises. A UV-curable silicone liquid optical glue, with 48h ultra-long working time, simple curing conditions, and a 10:1 easy mixing ratio, has become a "worry-free partner" for screen lamination construction, greatly reducing construction difficulty and improving production yield. Its operational convenience meets the needs of industrial production. It has an ultra-long working time of 48h in a dark environment at 25℃. Compared with the short working time of traditional lamination glues, it leaves ample time for construction. Whether it is manual lamination or automated production line operation, there is no need to rush. The processes of gluing, alignment, and lamination can be completed calmly, effectively avoiding lamination errors caused by insufficient working time and greatly reducing the defective rate. The simple 10:1 mixing ratio of two components (A and B) is easy to proportion, without complex calculations or conversions. The storage conditions are also very loose. It can be sealed and stored in a cool and dry environment at 15~35℃, and the 6-month shelf life can meet the production and stock-up needs of enterprises.
