In full-screen lamination construction, traditional lamination glues have short working time, which easily leads to problems such as uneven gluing and lamination misalignment due to rushing, resulting in high defective product rates. Meanwhile, the harsh curing conditions of UV curing glues have troubled many manufacturing enterprises. A UV-curable silicone liquid optical glue, with 48h ultra-long working time, simple curing conditions, and a 10:1 easy mixing ratio, has become a "worry-free partner" for screen lamination construction, greatly reducing construction difficulty and improving production yield.
Its operational convenience meets the needs of industrial production. It has an ultra-long working time of 48h in a dark environment at 25℃. Compared with the short working time of traditional lamination glues, it leaves ample time for construction. Whether it is manual lamination or automated production line operation, there is no need to rush. The processes of gluing, alignment, and lamination can be completed calmly, effectively avoiding lamination errors caused by insufficient working time and greatly reducing the defective rate. The simple 10:1 mixing ratio of two components (A and B) is easy to proportion, without complex calculations or conversions. Production line workers can quickly get started, and the probability of proportioning errors is almost zero, perfectly suitable for large-scale production.
The curing conditions are also very friendly. After irradiation with UV-LED (365nm) at 3000mj/cm², curing can be completed by baking at 60℃ for 30 minutes. The UV-LED curing method has no high temperature and high efficiency, which will not cause thermal damage to the electronic components of the screen. Subsequent low-temperature baking can make the colloid cure more fully and its performance more stable. Moreover, the product packaging is accurately matched with the mixing ratio: 5kg per barrel for Agent A and 0.5kg per can for Agent B. One barrel of Agent A and one can of Agent B just meet the 10:1 proportioning requirement, without additional weighing, further improving construction efficiency.
The storage conditions are also very loose. It can be sealed and stored in a cool and dry environment at 15~35℃, and the 6-month shelf life can meet the production and stock-up needs of enterprises. At the same time, only simple cleaning of the gluing interface is required, without complex surface modification, to ensure the normal curing and lamination effect of the colloid. From manual lamination of small touch screens to automated production line construction of large LCD screens, this UV glue can make screen lamination construction more relaxed and become a powerful assistant in the production of the display industry.
