Physical Properties

This is base silicone rubber, customers can adjust the number of coatings according to actual requirement.

The surface layer can choose MQ resin silicone rubber layer to make a smooth and wear-resistant terminal product.

Usage Instructions

Mixing Ratio: Mix components A and B at a 1:1 ratio and vacuum treatment.

Curing Conditions: The coating cures rapidly at high temperatures. Curing time depends on thickness and temperature. Contact with materials such as amines, sulfur, and tin compounds may inhibit curing.

Curing Time: (120–140)°C × (3–5) minutes.

Pot Life: After mixing components A and B, the effective period of the mixture at 25 ° C is 48 hours.

Cleaning

Most hydrocarbon solvents can remove uncured silicon. However, polar solvents such as ketones and ethanol cannot be removed.

Packaging and Storage

Packaging: 20kg/drum, 200kg/iron drum.

Storage: Store in unopened original containers at ≤32°C.

Shelf Life: 12 months. Re-inspect and use if qualified after expiration.
