This is base silicone rubber, customers can adjust the number of coatings according to actual requirement.    

The surface layer can choose MQ resin silicone rubber layer to make a smooth and wear-resistant terminal product.

Usage

1) Mixing ratio: 1:1 mix and Vacuum treatment.

2) Curing conditions: Coated liquid silicone rubber will quickly cure in high temperature environments. The curing time depends on the thickness and the curing temperature used. Contact with certain materials such as amine, sulfur, and tin compounds can inhibit curing.

3) Curing conditions: (120-140) ℃ for (3-5) minutes.

4) Operation time: After mixing components A and B, the effective period of the mixture at 25 ° C is 48 hours.

Clean

Most hydrocarbon solvents can remove uncured silicon. However, polar solvents such as ketones and ethanol cannot be removed.

Packaging and storage

1) Packaging: 20kg/barrel, 200kg/iron drum

2) The product should be stored in an unopened original container at a temperature of 32 ° C or lower.

3) This product has a storage period of 12 months and can still be used after passing the re inspection beyond the expiration date.
